Our Wedding Day Coordination package is designed for the couple who has planned their entire wedding but would like someone to oversee the management of their wedding day. Select this package and receive the following services…..

· Two meetings with our Event Planner to review scheduling

· Professional advice and etiquette guidance

· Coordination for reception

· Visit to ceremony and reception venues

· Reviews vendor contracts, serve as a liaison among vendors and will confirm responsibility prior to your wedding day

· We prepare wedding day timelines, agenda, and instructions for the wedding party

· Provide crisis management

· Second consultation to review plan & setup of event

· Communication via email and phone

 

*Mileage will be added after the first 15 miles at $.55 per mile

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

$600.00 AND UP

For the couple who is looking for the perfect place to have their small destination wedding...this package is great for you.  It is designed for 2-25 people.

· One Initial consultation with our Event Coordinator

· Information binder

· Fundamental advise on destination weddings in our area

· Location / Venue referrals

· Informative binder containing potential wedding design and venue destinations

· Venue booking contract reviews

$200.00 AND UP
