We provide a number of different buffet options to make your special event everything you dreamed it would be. Please remember that everything on this page is only given as a suggestion. We can create a special menu just for your event.

Multiple entrée selections are custom-priced according to your selections and guest attendance.

Deli Lunch Buffet

A selection of house salad, pasta salad, or potato salad; potato chips or pretzels; sliced deli meats (smoked ham, roast turkey, roast beef, and chicken breast); imported and domestic cheeses; fresh bakery breads and rolls with condiments; fresh baked cookies and double chocolate brownies.

Hot Lunch Buffet

Served with garden tossed salad & a duet of dressings, bakery rolls, and two fresh vegetables appropriate for the meal selection. Thirty-person minimum per catered lunch event requested. All lunches served prior to 1:00 PM. All hot lunch buffets include complete setup, service staff, and breakdown.

Dinner Buffet

Our dinner buffets are totally customized to your liking. Buffets can be Drop Off, Waiter Served, and Full Service. Buffets include choice of green salad, dinner rolls & butter, iced sweet & unsweet tea. Here are some examples to choose from.
Option One: Grilled pork loin with shallot & mushroom demi, baked chicken with orange glaze, roasted potatoes, and green beans.

Option Two: Pulled pork, baked BBQ chicken, baked beans and coleslaw, sweet & vinegar sauce, and hamburger rolls.

Option Three: Grilled chicken breast with orange glaze, sliced pork loin with red wine demi, roasted potatoes, and mixed vegetables.

Option Four: Sliced beef with red wine demi glaze, grilled chicken breast with tomato basil relish, green beans and smashed potatoes.

Option Five: Prime rib of beef with horseradish cream and au Jus, grilled chicken mango salsa, baked potatoes, butter & sour cream, roasted vegetables.

Option Six:Shrimp and Grits, sliced beef with red wine demi, grilled chicken with orange glaze, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables.

Drop Off Menu
When we do a drop off menu, we will deliver the food and set it up. The delivery charge is based on the distance traveled. There is also a disposable chafing dish charge of $10.00 per pan, which includes the stand, two sternos, water pan and serving utensil for each hot dish supplied.

Waiter Served
When we do waiter service, waiters will arrive, set up, serve, and clean up the buffet. This will include our stainless steel chafing dishes, sternos and serving utensils. Waiter service is charged by the hour.

Formal Set Up
The number of staff is based on the number of guests and type of service. We include stainless steel chafing dishes, serving utensils, setup, service, cleanup, and clearing tables. A service charge of 22% for most functions will cover the cost of staff.
