Option Three: Grilled chicken breast with orange glaze, sliced pork loin with red wine demi, roasted potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
Option Four: Sliced beef with red wine demi glaze, grilled chicken breast with tomato basil relish, green beans and smashed potatoes.
Option Five: Prime rib of beef with horseradish cream and au Jus, grilled chicken mango salsa, baked potatoes, butter & sour cream, roasted vegetables.
Option Six:Shrimp and Grits, sliced beef with red wine demi, grilled chicken with orange glaze, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables.
Drop Off Menu
When we do a drop off menu, we will deliver the food and set it up. The delivery charge is based on the distance traveled. There is also a disposable chafing dish charge of $10.00 per pan, which includes the stand, two sternos, water pan and serving utensil for each hot dish supplied.
When we do waiter service, waiters will arrive, set up, serve, and clean up the buffet. This will include our stainless steel chafing dishes, sternos and serving utensils. Waiter service is charged by the hour.
Formal Set Up
The number of staff is based on the number of guests and type of service. We include stainless steel chafing dishes, serving utensils, setup, service, cleanup, and clearing tables. A service charge of 22% for most functions will cover the cost of staff.
